Brian Lethert, CRPC®
Founder, Wealth Advisor
I'm Brian, founder of Spitfire Financial Group and a financial advisor since 1998. For over two decades, I've guided clients through financial landscapes that constantly evolve, helping them navigate both opportunities and challenges with personalized strategies.
My approach to financial guidance stems from the same values embodied in our Spitfire name - performance, precision, and lasting relationships. Just as my grandfather and father dedicated themselves to crafting and enhancing the original Spitfire boat, I'm committed to helping clients build and refine their financial futures with the same careful attention to detail.
I specialize in working with business owners planning their transitions, professionals approaching retirement, and families looking to create meaningful legacies. What truly drives me is helping clients with complex financial situations that require thoughtful, personalized attention. Particularly, I find satisfaction in helping clients transfer wealth to the next generation and ensuring businesses transition smoothly when owners are ready for their next chapter.
What sets our practice apart is our genuine care for clients. I often tell people, "You won't find anyone who cares more about you and your financial success than us" - and I truly mean it. This isn't just a business for us; it's about building relationships that span generations and helping families create lasting financial security.
In 2021, I welcomed my brother Jeff to our team, whose values and approach mirror my own. Together, we've built Spitfire Financial Group to serve clients who appreciate straightforward advice and authentic relationships.
I've been married to my wife Kelli since 2004, and together we have three beautiful daughters who keep us busy and grounded. As a proud Montana native and Montana State University alumnus (Go Bobcats!), I cherish our state's outdoor lifestyle. My family and I spend our summers camping and boating across Montana's lakes, while the remaining nine months typically revolve around our daughters' school sports and activities.

Whether you're planning for retirement, considering the sale of your business, or wanting to establish a lasting legacy for your family, I'm here to help you navigate these important transitions with the same care and dedication I would apply to my own family's financial future.
